You’re now halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 doesn’t require any equipment, so let’s dive in.

Today’s moves include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all designed to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really work your core, build strength, and increase stamina. Remember, if it’s easy, you won’t get that toned body. When you start feeling tired, try to keep your chest open rather than hunching over, as this helps with breathing.

Keep pushing through! The routine is 10 minutes long, with five moves done in two sets. Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Repeat the sequence one more time.
