Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dogs, and side planks. These movements are designed to make you sweat and build strength in your core. As Svava points out, if the exercises were easy, your core wouldn’t have to work as hard to get that toned look you’re after. So, embrace the challenge!
When you start to feel tired, make sure to open up your chest and breathe deeply instead of collapsing forward, as that can restrict your breathing. Keep your form in check!
This session is 10 minutes long, with five moves performed in two sets. You’ll do each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat the sequence once more.
