Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, with some added twists to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement for a real core burn, building strength and stamina. If it were easy, your core wouldn’t get much of a workout. It’s got to be challenging to achieve that toned body.

When you get tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply instead of leaning forward, which restricts your breathing. You’ve got this, keep pushing through.

Today’s routine is 10 minutes long, consisting of five moves, performed in two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Repeat the full sequence one more time.
