Today’s workout consists of sumo squats, high planks transitioning to downward dog, and side planks, each with a fun twist to make you sweat. These moves are designed to really engage your core, build strength, and improve your stamina. According to Svava, if your core workout feels too easy, then it’s not challenging your muscles enough to get that toned body.

When you start to feel tired, remember to open up your chest instead of hunching forward to catch your breath; this helps you breathe better. You’ve got this—just keep moving!

The routine is simple: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the entire sequence one more time.
