You’re now halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 is all about exercises that require no equipment. Let’s get started.

Today’s workout focuses on sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, each with a twist to get you sweating. Make sure you control each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. Remember, if it’s too easy, you won’t get that toned body you’re aiming for.

When you start to feel tired, open up your chest instead of falling forward. This will make it easier to breathe and keep your form correct. You can do this—just keep moving!

Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five moves, and two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, and then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the entire sequence one more time.
