Today’s moves include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These exercises are designed to make you sweat and really work your core, building strength and stamina. If it’s too easy, your core won’t engage as much, so challenge yourself to get that toned body.
When you feel tired, try to keep your chest open and avoid hunching forward to catch your breath, as this can restrict your breathing. Remember to breathe deeply and keep your posture tall. You’ve got this, so keep pushing through!
Today’s session is 10 minutes long, consisting of five moves, repeated twice. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then repeat the whole set one more time.
