You’re already halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 is all about exercises without any equipment. Let’s do this!

Today’s workout features sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves come with a twist to really make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core and build strength and stamina. If it were too easy, your core wouldn’t have to work hard, so it needs to be challenging to help you get that toned body!

When you start to feel tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply rather than collapsing forward, which can restrict your breathing. Keep pushing, you’ve got this!

The workout is 10 minutes long, consisting of five moves performed in two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the sequence one more time. Keep moving!
