You’ve made it to the halfway point of Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 doesn’t require any equipment. Let’s dive in.

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks with a twist. These moves are designed to make you sweat while strengthening your core and building stamina. According to Svava, if the workout isn’t challenging, your core won’t get the full benefit. So, push yourself for that toned body!

When you start to feel tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply instead of collapsing forward, which can restrict your breathing. Keep your form strong and stay moving.

Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five exercises, two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Repeat the circuit once more. You’ve got this!
