Today’s exercises include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves have a fun twist that’ll make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really burn your core and build strength and stamina. If it was easy, your core wouldn’t get the workout it needs, says Svava. It’s supposed to be challenging to help you achieve that toned body.
When you start to get tired, make sure to keep your heart open instead of bending forward to catch your breath, as that can restrict your breathing. Keep your chest open and take deep breaths.
