Today’s exciting movements include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all designed to make you sweat. The key is to control each movement for a real core burn, building strength and stamina. If it’s too easy, your core won’t have to work hard, says Svava. It has to be challenging to achieve that great toned body.

When you get tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe instead of hunching forward, which restricts breathing.

You got this! Keep moving. The routine is 10 minutes long with five moves to be performed for 40 seconds each, followed by a 20-second rest. After the first set, repeat it one more time.
