Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks transitioning into downward dog, and side planks. These moves will get you sweating and are designed to really engage your core, building both strength and stamina. Remember, it’s supposed to be challenging; otherwise, your core wouldn’t get the workout it needs to get toned.

If you start to feel tired, keep your chest open and breathe deeply, instead of hunching forward. This way, you won’t restrict your breathing. Keep pushing yourself—you’ve got this!

The workout is simple: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat the entire sequence one more time.
