Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These exercises come with a twist to make you sweat. Make sure you control each movement for a serious burn in your core, which will help build strength and stamina. According to Svava, if it were easy, your core wouldn’t have to work hard, and you wouldn’t achieve that toned body you’re aiming for.

As you get tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply rather than hunching forward, which can restrict your breathing. You’ve got this, just keep moving.

The workout consists of 10 minutes of exercise with five moves completed in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Repeat the circuit one more time.
