You’re halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 doesn’t require any equipment, so let’s get started.

Today, you’ll be doing sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These exercises are designed to make you sweat and give your core a real workout, helping to build strength and stamina. If the exercises were easy, your core wouldn’t have to work as much. So, it has to be challenging to achieve that toned body.

When you feel tired, remember to keep your chest open rather than hunching over. This will help you breathe better. Keep pushing, you’ve got this!

The routine is 10 minutes long and consists of five movements done in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest. Then, repeat the entire sequence once more.
