You’ve made it halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 is here, and you won’t need any equipment. Let’s dive in.

Today’s session includes sumo squats, high planks transitioning to downward dog, and side planks. These moves are designed to make you sweat and really challenge your core. Svava emphasizes that you need to feel the burn in your core to build strength and stamina—if it’s too easy, you won’t see those toned results.

When you start feeling tired, focus on opening up your chest to breathe properly instead of hunching forward. Keep your chest open and breathe deeply.

Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five moves, performed in two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the sequence one more time.
