Today’s workout features sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These exercises are designed to make you sweat while giving a twist to your usual routine. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. Svava emphasizes that it needs to be challenging for your core to get stronger and for you to achieve that toned body.

When you start feeling tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply instead of collapsing forward, as this will restrict your breathing. Keep moving—you’re doing great!

The workout is quick: just 10 minutes, consisting of five moves and two sets. Perform each of the five exercises for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat the whole sequence one more time.
