Today’s exercises include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves will get you sweating with a twist. Focus on controlling each movement to really burn your core, building strength and stamina. If it was easy, your core wouldn’t have to work much, so it’s got to be challenging to achieve that toned body.
When you start to feel tired, make sure to open up your chest rather than collapsing forward, as this helps you breathe better. Keep your chest open and breathe deeply.
