Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all designed to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core while building strength and stamina. Remember, if it’s too easy, your muscles won’t have to work as hard, and you won’t see the results you’re aiming for.
When you start to feel tired, open up your chest instead of hunching forward to catch your breath because better posture helps in proper breathing. Keep your chest open and take deep breaths.
