Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks – all designed to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really engage your core, building both strength and stamina. If it were easy, you wouldn’t get those great results, says Svava.

When you start to feel tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply, rather than collapsing forward to catch your breath.

Keep pushing through! The workout is 10 minutes long, with five moves completed in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the set one more time.
