Today’s exercises include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks—each movement designed to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really fire up your core, strengthening your muscles, and building stamina. If it’s easy, your core isn’t working hard enough, says Svava. It needs to be challenging to achieve that toned body.
When you start feeling tired, make sure to open up your chest instead of falling forward to catch your breath, as this can restrict your breathing. Remember to keep your chest open and breathe deeply.
