Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves come with a twist to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. If it’s easy, your core isn’t working hard enough, according to Svava. Remember, challenging workouts are key to getting that toned body you’re after.

When you get tired, don’t slump forward to catch your breath. Instead, open up your chest and breathe deeply to keep your airflow unrestricted.

You’ve got this, so keep moving! The workout is just 10 minutes long and consists of five different moves. Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the entire set once more.
