Home Workout Challenge – Day 16: Ignite Your Fat-Burning Journey

You’re now halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 doesn’t need any equipment, so let’s get started.

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks with a twist to make you sweat. Control each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which builds strength and stamina. If it was easy, your core wouldn’t get the workout it needs to become toned. It has to be tough to get results.

When you start to get tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply rather than hunching over to catch your breath, which makes breathing harder. Keep going, you’ve got this!

The workout is quick: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat one more time.
